Sorry for all these food posts, but i will get to exercise i promise! Just had a lot of photos saved up.
PIZZA- lets see i went 7 months without it thinking it was this terrible monster that just contained fat and would unleash massive amounts of calories into my body erasing all my progress, but trust me its not.
My favorite type of pizza is veggie pizza on a nice whole wheat crust. I got this one from wegman’s its kashi brand and all you do is place it in the oven for a short period of time. The crust is whole wheat and its all natural, so there shouldnt be much guilt involved. 1/3 of this pizza is 390 calories, which is almost a full meal, so hey why not right?
remember you can have regular pizza but ONCE IN A WHILE, but this whole wheat pizza with veggies tastes awesome and has nutritional value… so why have regular?
